ECL Security Guard Tarininig Period 2025
चयनित कर्मचारियों को उनके मौजूदा ग्रेड और वेतनमान में छह महीने की अवधि के लिए सुरक्षा गार्ड (प्रशिक्षु) के रूप में तैनात किया जाएगा। रिक्ति के अनुसार अंतिम संवर्ग सूची तैयार की जाएगी। शारीरिक मानक परीक्षण पास करना पद के लिए दावे की गारंटी नहीं देता है। चयनित कर्मचारियों को छह महीने की इस अवधि के भीतर बुनियादी सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण से गुजरना होगा, जिसकी व्यवस्था एचओडी (सुरक्षा), ईसीएल मुख्यालय द्वारा की जाएगी। छह महीने की प्रशिक्षण अवधि और बुनियादी सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद, उन्हें सुरक्षा गार्ड के रूप में टी एंड एस ग्रेड- “जी” में रखा जाएगा।
चयनित कर्मचारियों को चयन आदेश जारी होने की तिथि से तीस दिनों की अवधि के भीतर पदस्थापन के नए स्थान पर कार्यभार ग्रहण करना होगा। निर्धारित समयावधि में कार्यभार ग्रहण करने में असफल रहने की स्थिति में चयन रद्द हो जाएगा और इस संबंध में किसी भी दावे पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
