Madras High Court Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications-
- The candidate has a Degree in Law from a recognized university in India or Incorporated by or under a Central Act a State Act or any other equivalent qualification and has enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.
- Candidate Must Be practising on the date of notification as an advocate and must have so practised for not less than seven years as on such date about assistant public prosecutor grade I or assistant public prosecutor grade II, they must have not less than seven years of experience as an advocate or assistant prosecutor.
Age Limit-
- Minimum Age – 35 Years
- Maximum Age – 60 Years
MHC Recruitment Application Fees & Selection Process
Application Fees:-
- General/OBC/EWS Candidate will pay Rs.2000/- for this application form. SC/ST category candidates are exempted from the application fees. Candidates pay the fees by use of net banking, credit card, or debit card method.
Selection Process-
- The Prelim exam of the candidate will be the Mains exam. After that, there will be a Viva voce test of the candidate.
Salary Details –
- District Judge Selected candidate the pay scale has been kept up to between Rs.51,550 to Rs.63,070 plus Allowances.
