RTET is the short form of Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test (RTET) 2023. RTET Exam is organized by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. This test is being conducted for getting the requirement of teachers within the state of Rajasthan. Candidates who are TET qualified only they are eligible to apply for Govt. Teacher Vacancies.
Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) conducts REET and RTET State level Exam as per the rules & regulations of the Board. RTET is comprised of 2 subcategories i.e. RTET for Primary Teachers (Class 1-5) and Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6-8).

Educational Eligibility:
For Classes I-V (Paper I)
- Applicant should have passed in Senior Secondary with minimum 45% marks with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/ 2- year Diploma in Education in Special Education/ 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education(B.EI.Ed.)
For Classes VI-VIII (Paper-II)
Candidates having B.Sc/BA and appearing applicants in final 2 years B.A./ D.Ed./ B.Sc. with the 45% marks or passed are eligible to apply.
How to apply RTET 2023 Application Form:
- To apply for RTET 2023 candidates need to visit on the official Rajasthan Board website rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Then Register with a valid details and save the login id and password.
- Now click on the title Rajasthan TET 2023 apply online link.
- Fill the application form with all correct details.
- Upload the candidate’s scanned image and signature for the application.
- Pay the RTET application fee.
- Take a print out of the TET application and keep it safe with you.
Exam Pattern
- IT is a objective type Exam.
- Both the papers (1 & 2) contains 150 MCQ questions.
- Time limit of the paper would be 90 minutes.’
- One mark will be given for each correct answer.
- There will be no negative marking in the exam.
